Three Bed Semi For £200k In Shefford, Needs Work!

Came across this lovely looking three bed semi-detached house in Shefford recently, but someone's already put in an offer for £208,000. Have a look for yourself here: Shefford Do-er Upper 

On first glance there could be money to made here, as everything looks alright with the 

property, and £208k seems very cheap for a 3 bed semi at the moment.

But have a closer look at what's sold in the same road, you'll see another 3 bed semi went 

for £195k in July, so it may not be such a bargain after all. I would've looked to try and buy this for nearer £165k if doing up to sell on, but with the market being hot right now it's harder to find these sort of deals. They don't just fall into your lap, we have to make the effort to find them.
