I was interested in a couple of lots, one was withdrawn prior and the other sold for £238k meaning a great yield of 9.08% (Lot 19), a block of 4 flats currently rented at £21,480 per
annum. This started at £190k increasing in £5k bids to £225k, then £2k bids to eventually finish on the hammer price of £238k. Still a good buy, working out at £59,500 per flat, and it's literally right next to Bedford train station.
Quite a few of the lots offered only received one opening bid which was below the reserve, and they remain unsold now.
