Sometimes us agents do need a helping hand from the occupiers or owners, we're there to take the photos and market the property in the best way possible, not empty bathtubs full of vegetables! Haha.

Other times us agents are just idiots though:

Next time you invite an agent round to take photo's and market a property, see if you can catch them out and hide something in plain view.

Or train a devil dog to keep watch....

Or train one to say what he thinks....!
