I've let this flat a few times over the past 4 years for the current owners, it achieved £525pm the first time and has been at £550pm for the last 2.5 years. If you could pick this up for £145,000 then thats a potential 4.96% gross yield, pretty good for the area! It's also in very good condition and has been looked after well by all tenants, and the current owners.
